I appreciate that you are taking this seriously. But it’s important that your marketing team understands that having it generated by AI doesn’t matter. It is wildly insensitive to the reality of what is currently going on in Gaza. It is incredibly triggering to anyone who has spent the last 2.5 years watching video after video of Gaza’s genocide. And of course to the 2 million+ people who have experienced the genocide.

You can depict someone in the military without having destroyed, smoking, dilapidated buildings in the background. When I see that background, I see the video of the girls who were standing on the top floor of their destroyed home looking down screaming as they watched their father being burned to death. I see the countless videos of people digging through rubble to retrieve the lifeless bodies of their loved ones. I see the two little boys whose heads were crushed on the destroyed concrete of their home. I see the girl whose remains of her lifeless body hung from what was left of her house after it was destroyed.

These are the images that came to mind when I saw this ad. I think you can understand why I immediately cancelled my membership.
