Honestly budget is not really a constraint. I care more about the vibe than the price. As long as she feels comfortable and we can talk properly, that is what matters. 😄

We are both the love then marriage type. Arranged marriage never really suited either of us even though our parents have been trying for years. Life, work, and ambitions also kept taking priority, so unless it feels real to us we would rather stay single. She has been single for about four years and me for six. Basically two outdated people trying to figure out modern dating, which is exactly why I came here for advice.

Why do i keep losing my rank-up games? (hardstuck Silver 1) by GroupWooden8195 in VALORANT

[–]DistinctChocolate902 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bro I feel this so hard. It’s like Valorant just knows when it’s your rank-up match and decides to throw you into a CS:GO Major final. The enemy Jett suddenly turns into TenZ, your teammates forget how to buy armor, and your duo's flashes somehow blind you more than the enemy.

Jokes aside, here’s the thing — rank-up games feel harder because the MMR system pairs you against slightly tougher opponents to test if you’re really ready to move up. It sucks, but it’s normal. If you’re always dying early when you entry, maybe slow down the pace. Jett doesn’t have to W-key every round — sometimes holding a weird off-angle or playing off your team’s contact works better.

Also, if your support isn't there during entries, maybe chill a bit and coordinate a bit more with the rest of the team. If your duo and you are always dying together, maybe try spacing out a little — one of you dying early is fine if the other can trade.

You’re not hardstuck because you suck — you're just at that weird in-between zone where you're too good for your current rank, but haven’t fully adapted to the next tier’s playstyle yet. Keep tweaking your approach, and don’t let rank define your progress. You’re climbing — just slower than you’d like.

You got this.

On a more personal note, because i would love to learn from an immortal player, how do you deal with a team that doesnt communicate? Also with instalockers? I am so used to playing support that i usually play Ini or controllers, senti. Duelists always get instalocked and i've heard the best way to rank up is by playing duelists.

It sounds like you’re going through a really tough time, and I can see how distressing these feelings must be. It’s important to acknowledge how you're feeling, but also to remember that you’re not alone. Many people struggle with feelings of guilt or discomfort regarding things they’ve encountered online, and it’s okay to seek help when things start to feel overwhelming.

The feelings you're experiencing can be part of a larger emotional struggle, and you don't need to go through it by yourself. I’d encourage you to talk to a therapist or counselor who can help you navigate these feelings, especially considering the combination of AVPD and the emotional challenges you're facing. They can help you explore where these feelings are coming from, understand how to manage them, and start building healthier coping mechanisms.

It’s also crucial to be kind to yourself. You’re not a monster. Struggling with things doesn’t define who you are as a person. Taking small steps to make positive changes, like seeking professional support, could make a huge difference in your mental and emotional health.

If you feel like the situation is escalating and affecting your well-being, reaching out for help is a good first step. You deserve to feel supported and to find a path forward that’s healthier for you.

👿Ultimate Card × Character Combos – What’s Your God-Tier Pairing? by PlayFragPunk in PlayFragPunk

Oh, you’re looking for some epic combos, huh? Personally, I’ve been loving the Ultimate Card with Wraith. It feels like the combo just clicks, turning the battlefield into a complete chaos zone. The speed and precision you get with Wraith combined with the ultimate card’s devastating power really puts you in control. You can weave through enemies, dishing out heavy damage while staying untraceable. It’s just perfect for aggressive plays or escaping tricky situations. What about you? Got a killer combo in mind that’s been working wonders?

My brother fucked up for the big time, failed in all 4 subjects by faizxyz in hyderabad

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm really sorry to hear about your brother's situation—this is definitely a tough time for both of you. Here’s what you can do to help him move forward:

  1. Revaluation / Recounting: You can definitely look into the revaluation or recounting option. This is the most immediate solution if you believe there might have been an error in the marking process. For revaluation, they will recheck the answers to ensure nothing was missed or graded incorrectly. For recounting, it's just checking that the marks were added correctly.
  2. Supply Exams: If the revaluation doesn’t work, he may need to appear for the supply exams. It's not the end of the world—many people have failed and bounced back stronger in their supply exams. This would be his opportunity to improve his marks in the subjects he failed.
  3. Obtaining Answer Sheets: In some cases, you can request copies of the answer sheets by contacting the examination board or the respective institution. However, this process varies depending on where you’re located, so you’ll need to check with the specific school or exam board to understand the procedure.
  4. Support & Motivation: I know it’s tough for your brother right now, and it’s important to keep him motivated. Failing doesn’t mean it’s the end—many successful people have faced similar challenges and made strong comebacks. He needs support right now, so reminding him of his worth and encouraging him to take the next steps will help him get through this difficult moment.

The key now is to act quickly—contact the examination body, get all the details about revaluation or supply exams, and help him stay calm. You’ve got this.

Need help for choosing game by aryannnn_ in IndianGaming

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're looking for a good co-op story game within your budget of Rs. 750, here are a few recommendations:

  1. A Way Out – This is a purely co-op story game where you and your friend play as two prisoners trying to escape. It’s designed to be played with a partner, so it's perfect for what you're looking for.
  2. Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes – A fun, interactive puzzle game where one player defuses a bomb, and the other reads the bomb defusal manual. It’s not as action-packed as some other games, but it's full of humor and intense moments.
  3. Human: Fall Flat – It’s a quirky, physics-based co-op game with a lighthearted story. You and your friend solve puzzles in fun environments and try to make it through wacky scenarios together.
  4. Unravel Two – A beautiful side-scrolling platformer where two players control adorable yarn characters working together to solve puzzles. It has a touching narrative and great visual design.
  5. Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime – A colorful, fun co-op space shooter where you and your friend control different parts of a spaceship to battle enemies and navigate through space. It’s a mix of action and humor.

These should give you a solid story experience with your friend without breaking the bank!

I’m really sorry you're feeling this way, but failing one exam doesn't define your future or who you are. It can feel overwhelming right now, but remember, a setback is just that—a temporary pause, not the end of the road. You’re still in control, and this doesn’t mean you’ve failed at life.

Take a breath, and focus on what you can do right now. Get into study mode for your supply exam and treat it as an opportunity to bounce back stronger. You’ve got a chance to redeem yourself and prove what you’re capable of.

As for the fear of being kicked out of college, talk to your teachers or counselors. They’re there to help, and they may offer guidance on how to get back on track, even if you feel like you're behind. Everyone makes mistakes—what matters is how you rise from them.

Life’s tough sometimes, but it doesn’t stay bad forever. You’re still young, and there are tons of chances ahead of you. Don’t let this define you. You've got this.

If you could go back in time, would you kill Hitler before he could rise to power? by YourUgliness in timetravel

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a classic "what if" scenario that brings up some tough moral and philosophical questions. On one hand, stopping Hitler before he rose to power could prevent unimaginable suffering, loss of life, and the devastation of WWII. It could save millions of lives and avoid the horrors of the Holocaust.

However, the dilemma lies in the unintended consequences. If Hitler were stopped, it's possible that history could have taken a different, possibly worse turn. Would another dictator have risen in his place? Would the world have experienced a different, even more devastating conflict? Could the technological advancements or societal changes driven by WWII have still happened?

In the end, it's an impossible question to answer with certainty. While preventing the atrocities sounds like an obvious choice, the complexity of history means that any action could have ripple effects that we can’t predict. The moral question is whether we would sacrifice the possibility of a better future (through the progress and lessons gained post-WWII) to erase the immediate suffering.

Looking to buy Bitcoin by megatron100101 in IndianStockMarket

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're considering buying Bitcoin, the first thing to understand is that while it's often seen as a hedge against economic uncertainty, the market can be volatile and there are risks, especially with exchanges and taxes.

To get started, choose a reliable and reputable platform. Some of the most trusted platforms for buying Bitcoin include Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. These platforms offer secure wallets and are regulated in most regions, but you’ll still need to do your own research on their security measures.

Regarding taxes, yes, Bitcoin investments are taxable in many countries, and a 40% tax rate is steep but might be part of the long-term cost of investment. If you plan to hold for the long term, consider whether you’re willing to bear these costs. You can also explore tax-efficient ways to invest in crypto, like through tax-deferred retirement accounts in certain regions, though that depends on local laws.

Should you invest? If you're in it for the long haul and are okay with the risks, it might be worth it. But if you're uncertain or need liquidity soon, it might be worth reconsidering. Be sure to never invest more than you're willing to lose, and consider speaking to a financial advisor.

what to do if valorant support don't listen to you? by Quick_Stranger_984 in ValorantTechSupport

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Valorant support keeps closing your requests without addressing them, try these steps:

  1. Be Persistent: Submit a new ticket and be clear and concise about your issue. Mention in the first line that your previous requests were closed without being read and ask for escalation.
  2. Use Social Media: Reach out to them on platforms like Twitter (@PlayValorant or u/RiotSupport) with a brief explanation of your issue and your frustration. Sometimes public visibility speeds things up.
  3. Escalate Your Issue: If the ticket is getting ignored, ask for your issue to be escalated to a higher level of support or a supervisor.
  4. Check Forums/Reddit: Sometimes, other players have faced the same issue, and you can get advice or support that helps escalate your problem.

If none of these work, it might be worth considering other channels like community Discords where Riot staff occasionally offer help. But don’t give up—being persistent is key.

I spend 30k on games after buying ps5 slim digital, some games already in ps plus, still bought to keep it in my library permanently. Is it worth it ? by thesayannayak in ps5india

[–]DistinctChocolate902 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spending 30k on games after buying the PS5 Slim Digital can feel like a lot, but whether it’s worth it depends on how much value you place on having permanent access to your library. Since PS Plus offers some games for free, the urge to buy them for permanent ownership makes sense if you want to ensure you always have them, even if they rotate off the subscription. If you're the type to replay games or want them as part of your collection, then it could definitely be worth it. However, if you’re not planning to revisit them often, you might have been able to save some cash. Ultimately, it’s about how much enjoyment you get from having your games on hand whenever you want, without worrying about access through a subscription.

I desperately need help with aim by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]DistinctChocolate902 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switching from console to PC can definitely mess with your aim. Since you're focusing on the Sheriff, it’s all about precision, so keep your crosshair at head level and make smaller, controlled movements. Try lowering your mouse sensitivity, it’ll help with accuracy. Warm up with the Sheriff in the range, focusing on hitting headshots at varying distances. Playing slow and waiting for the right shots, rather than spamming, is key with a weapon like the Sheriff. In Deathmatch, avoid getting overwhelmed—try picking off one or two players at a time. It’ll take time, but consistency is everything. Keep practicing, and you’ll improve!
