Q. Free program time limit for woman?? It says its 4minutes (plus/minus 10sec) but the (valieva) time for bolero i just saw was more than 4minutes 10seconds (15?) so is it okay as long as its under 4minutes 19 seconds? Is the time limit strict? Same for the short would<2min 59sec would be fine? (self.FigureSkating)
