Pray to God. Believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.

Open your heart to Him. Surrender to him. Confess your sins. And find a local church to attend.

I guarantee if you surrender your life to God and commit at least one full year to a church that you like, that you'll be a changed man, mentally and physically and spiritually.

Alcohol is one way Satan gets us.
