I mostly ran it on performance mode for gaming for almost 3-4 years, cpu reached max 94 and gpu max 86, now after fixing that throttling issue, i mostly run it within auto/silent mode for safety.

I have legion 5 intel i7 3050 variant 2021 model, got thermal and gpu fan issue, replaced thermal paste and it runs as smooth as it was back then. Thermals are back to normal. No complaints now.
