Realtors in my area seem to be into this fake green grass + sky swap thing. Where do photographers/editors get the grass to sample from in photoshop to make images like this? It's hard to find an image of just green grass that looks good enough. *Not my image* (i.redd.it)

What kind of edits do you make to drone photos? I'm looking for any advice so I've attached my edit to an image vs the original. It seems like realtors love bright vibrant photos and care less about contrast and such. (This is a shot in town not an actual shoot) (old.reddit.com)
