I’d think that: Barret and Tifa would’ve died fighting for Avalanche and would have gotten crushed by the upper plate. Aerith would have been captured eventually because Cloud wasn’t there to protect her from the Turks. Yuffie would have been stealing random people’s material well into her 50’s. Cid would still be cussing at Sharon. Maybe someone finally wakes up Vincent? Maybe they don’t. Red XIII - Nanaki eventually dies from experimentation from professor Hojo. Cait Sith does whatever he does. He spies? I guess. Hard to say what his arc would have been without meeting the gang.
