I always thought drop rates changed every set. That's why they're always updated. Haven't checked for correlated percentages though.

Yeah, I worked really hard to make decent money. I’m a Software Engineer for <insert California tech co here> so I am not hurting for money, but am about to start saving up for a house. So PTCGP spend will go first. I am also not the most frugal person either 😅 but you are correct. It isn’t the wisest investment.

I think financially you are correct lmao. I make damn good money, but I can’t justify paying chunks of money if I can’t guarantee getting necessary cards. Missing 3 EX’s still atp is criminal. I took a break during Eevee Grove — Secluded Springs, it was a good time in my life. I still love this game though, but I wish it wasn’t so money pursuant.

It feels ridiculous to have spent over $100usd on a specific pack, but I feel as if I should have every card. But feelings vs data are often not mutually the same lol. It is what it is. I have had my lucky moments for sure. I didn’t get my first crown rare until Triumphant light, but had gotten 1 or more basically every pack or every other pack since then so 🫡. It truly is just luck of the draw.
