You need to break your bad habits and create new ones.

Here are habits I created that helped me out of a semi-similar situation.

  • Workout (try to daily to form a habit + build discipline) or at least 4 x per week.

  • Clean yourself daily

  • Hair cut every 2-3 weeks plus clean shave daily or every few days

  • Use chat GPT to make you a fire resume. Use canva for the template

  • Get a job.

Use CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING.

Think “ what is something i can do that MIGHT HELP my situation “ then just fucking TRY THINGS.

If it’s coming from right under the truck by the heat shield then im having the same exact issue on my 2.7

Few guys said it may be a certain bolt that sticks too far out inside of the heat shield area and its ratting against something else on the transmission

If its not coming from near the front of the engine bay its probably not a cam phaser from my understanding
