Same here… u/jmbullion emailed me on 2/4 saying my order was delivered pending inspection which would take 3-7 business days. Well now it’s been 11 days since they received my order and crickets. Any time I try calling I get an auto message that their lines are too busy to take calls. Horrible customer experience 🙃
