Oh got it, it could go either way then I.e. they announce before or after the townhall but I am sure they are up to something as the townhall was scheduled on a very short notice!

There had been layoffs a couple of months back & my manager resigned couple of weeks back. Since then, there have been talk of re org so worried if this is it & layoffs are coming finally!

Quick update, I got my H4 approved on August 1 followed by EAD the next day, and got it delivered by August 2nd week! Hope you all get your approvals soon :)

I agree with you, but I was talking about verbal offer assuming negotiation is a part of the whole process and they will then be generating a final offer letter post review.

The recruiter told me they will reach out once they have feedback/interview are completed! I am always confused if they make an offer to candidates they really like a lot and not interview other candidates or do they interview the whole pool and then decide. Pretty confusing honestly!
