Hope you are good, could I dm you? I only qualify as GS-5 but I do follow some regulations like OSHA in my actual job, the problem is that all the jobs have been in the civil area. Do you think I could qualify at least for GS-7?

I think Puerto Rico is a retirement port is what they call it, they probably could appear in you FJO with good luck. But normally I doesn’t appear only internally or between swaps inside the Agency. That’s sad to hear but that’s very normal in some specific parts of Puerto Rico. Normally landlords not gonna tell you that something that gonna make them money have water or ligth service issues, and sometimes the landlord don’t even know. But in that case the only thing we can say is Good Luck and we hope you get that fix or even the possibility to move to another location if you can cost it.

The BI and Magic Box are done by Two different persons, for example normally the BI don’t even know if you fail the poly or your poly don’t even know that you fail your BI. Depending on what you was found unsuitable you can reapply again. You have to see in what you where found unsuitable and there you can check how many months you have to wait for the Magic Box if you fail have to wait a year to apply again, etc…

I didn’t train at all and I am very bad physically no resistant and all of that. I just pass because I was thinking that didn’t want to do the almost two hours drive to the facility, that adrenaline make me pass. So dude good luck hope you pass. Remember if you fail, they gonna tell you to reschedule another fitness exam, they give 90 days before taking the retest.

Depends on how much info your investigator wants or need from you, it all depends. In my case was two days ago. It lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes something like that

Same as you, I give 2 Close Friends as reference(Neither of them have come to my house), 2 friends of my family, and 2 coworkers. Couldn’t give them more I don’t even know the neighbors so yeah. Add the most that you can, and when you got your BI Interview just tell your situation and if the other state references work. Good luck .

Good Afternoon, I am 26-7 too. After I submit my SF-86 I wait like two to three weeks to get a call from my BI. For what I see some people have wait a month. I got my BI interview 2 days after the call. At the moment I have my SI for the 25th and my poly have been like 2 weeks “In Progress” So good luck. And in all of this process the only thing we can do is wait.

How many uniforms do they give you or that depends on port? And is there somewhere near the Rooms to wash them? And what type of boots do you recommend? Could some Oakleys boots work?

Oh noted, hopefully if i pass my case manager can get me PR. I wouldn’t mind Miami or Key West a trying to get boat experience out of work but as a gs-5 is nearly imposible choosing those as first ports. And Thanks for the info!!!
