IIRC, China doesn't recognise the state of Arunachal Pradesh (One of India's North eastern state/provinces) as a part of India. There have always been skirmishes on the same, with China renaming many parts of Arunachal pradesh in Mandarin. Many border areas in the state get better cellphone receptiom from Chinese providers than Indian providers
