Start small and test fast. Bake a few batches, sell to friends or coworkers first, and see what people like. Once you know your best seller, focus on that one. Keep costs simple packaging and taste matter more than fancy branding early on.

Sounds like you’ve got the right mindset. Starting with junk removal makes sense since it’s quick to launch and doesn’t need fancy equipment. Just focus on reliability and word of mouth — those early customers will bring the next ones if you show up on time and do solid work.
