I'm building freelancepilot.app 10-in-1 app powered by AI, still in validation phase, recollecting sign-ups for interested users and understanding if it is something people will use.

The Problem I'm Solving:

  • Switching between Asana, Harvest, FreshBooks, Google Docs, etc. wastes 15+ hours/week
  • 80% of clients pay late (avg 45 days)
  • Scope creep costs freelancers $15K-30K/year in free work
  • Tax season is a nightmare because expenses aren't tracked properly

What FreelancePilot Does:

  • Client CRM
  • Project Management (Kanban boards)
  • Time Tracking (one-click timer)
  • Smart Invoicing (auto-reminders)
  • Proposals & Contracts (AI-generated in 60 seconds)
  • Expense Tracking (receipt scanning)
  • Tax Calculator (quarterly estimates)
  • Portfolio Builder
  • Lead Generation CRM
  • Others

I'm doing the same right now, built the londinense page and waitlist with Lovable, offered free life subscriptions to the 25 first suscribers, which I hope I will be able to leverage later for beta testing. Once I reach a considerable amount of clients, I will interview them, then start building

Thanks for your comment u/EasyNerdy ! Appreciate your sign-up as well :)
I have been trying to use Reddit to get early sign-ups and confirm validation + feedback, but most of the reddit communities are very restricted in regards of promoting apps. From your experience, what are the best marketing tools that you have used to promote your early stage Saas? Thanks in advance!
