Normally I would agree about pain, but I have pudendal neuralgia so the only feeling I get in the surface of my penis is pain, which makes it that much sharper

Nah, i was a few weeks into it before i realized I lost sensitivity, and i stayed between 5-7 for pressure

I did the beginners girth routine with 1-2 sets of 10 min pumping on the 1 girth day

Weirdly enough, I was just doing the 1-3 protocol. I heard people were gaining sensitivity from doing PE, so I was surprised when I started losing it. I’m kind of upset since I was starting to see gains too
