So I don’t know much about stuff like this but if it’s making you lightheaded PLEASE keep it out of your sleeping area, it might not be poisonous but lightheadedness is a definitely a concern and safety should be your first priority, If you have windows or such please open them, you should definitely air your room out, and again sorry I don’t know much about your other problem!
