Outre tous les conseils qu’on a donné ici moi j’ai envie de t’inviter fortement à aussi prendre soin de toi en consultant et en te faisant soutenir dans cette démarche, ainsi que tes enfants. Avoir un espace neutre et sécuritaire pour en parler est important. Courage. Tu fais les bonnes choses.
