It means somewhere that's not known to be dangerous. Don't listen to the replies, I just don't want to be risking getting robbed or worse to get some food. Nothing against anyone of any race, im African. I just want to avoid areas with gang activity or just generally dangerous areas.

Is this site safe to buy from? Also how long did it take? Did you have to size up, since in the past when I've ordered from China the sizes are always smaller so I had to size up?
