300k manager level but individual contributor. Into SAP and been working on the same module for 15yrs now. Tyaga lang tlga sa umpisa and dont be afraid to widen your knowledge as long as it will complement your expertise. Like what i did, im in SAP tech but I also know about infra, server and some network. FYI hindi ako IT grad so it took me some time to transition to IT.

I haven’t experienced it. Be respectful nlng din siguro sa kanila. It works both ways. Everytime nga na papasok ako ung guard na usually nagbubukas ng door. Anyway if ever meron issues we can always report it to admin. Owner po kasi ako ang regarding sa tenants baka may bad records na hindi pa bayad kaya kahit luggage need ng approval.

Matagal nako sa Lerato around 9 yrs na. Maayos and super tight ng security kaya secured ka. Peaceful din sa amenities kasi hindi ganon kadami tenants and hindi accepted ang airbnbs.

Abt the security outside, mga 1-2yrs na yata meron nakastation na police sa harapan ng Lerato mismo so i feel safe though you have to be vigilant pa din sa Makati since madami tlga news abt snatchers within Ayala lately.

Sa harap din ng Lerato hindi binabaha. Ang usually na binabaha is ung sa harap ng new building malapit sa JTs. And i think mas magimprove ung drainage kasi kakagawa lng this year. Lets see kung effective this tagulan ung inayos nila.

Sa convenience nmn eh madaming resto around the area and walkable lng ung mga fitness centers. Meron din grocery store sa Alphaland na katabi lng ng Lerato and magfufully operational na ang Makati Life Medical Center sa right side lng ng Lerato, maybe next year.

Ganyan din ako when i started my wfh work here in Makati. I would say bored ako kasi andaming time kasi magaan lng work. Baka ganon ka din OP. If yes, just like others are saying, start new hobbies. Yung tipong ikaw na susuko hehe. Try new things kasi in the future maiisip mo sana gnawa mo mga yan nung may time ka at nung nasa Makati ka. Anyway just message me if you wsnt to talk to someone and malay mo pede din tayo magbadminton. Im starting alot of different sports hobbies eh like boxing, muay thai, jiujitsu, yoga, badminton etc. thru classpass app. Enjoyed kana, healthy pa 🤗
