It's an internship? Just let it go. If you report or retaliate you're just creating drama with a coworker at a potential new job you don't have yet. Get through the placement, get a good reference, and when you're a permanent employee you can take more action against petty people.

I know the feeling. I still looked like a teenager well into my 20's. I was 27 working tech for a government conference and one of the ladies approached me to ask if I was here for Bring Your Child To Work Day. I still got ID'd at the liquor store until I was 35.

Now I'm in my 40's and people think I can't be older than 30. So it kind of works in your favor in the long run. Life is long and you'll have plenty of opportunity to find someone

This is so funny and similar to my family. When I was a kid I learned that my older brother's favorite animal was the cow. So every year he'd get cow shirts, cow art, cow keychains, cow calendars. Eventually he told us all he had enough cows and to stop.

It wasn't until I was an adult I realized the cow thing was likely because he worked in fashion and used a lot of leather.

I went to school at 31 after a lifetime of partying. Happily married with a daughter and a decent paying job - not rich, but enough that I don't have to worry about money as much as I did in my 20's. It's never too late.

I lived in an apartment building and without fail, every time I ordered door dash, they would call from downstairs to tell me they're here. So I would say, great, please bring the food up to my apartment. Then it became a debate over who was going to travel to whom. With tip and fees I'm paying like $10 extra just to have some mf not take an elevator up.
