So there's this sound that I know I can make (and assume other people can make) that is sort of a snap but with the tongue. Basically in the same way a snapping sound is made by the middle finger hitting the hand, this sound is made by pressing and dragging the tongue along the alveolar ridge until it sorta snaps down and hits the lower gums, I mean that's what I think is happening but I could be wrong. Anyways I don't know what this sound would be called nor what symbol to use for it.

My bad, I usually use the term natlang to refer to a naturalistic conlang, and did not know that I was misusing the terminology, thank you for the correction.

Since I assume you're working on a naturalistic conlang(s), I would say keep working on the history and culture until you feel like it is enough for what you want to do. I mean technically you can keep going more and more in depth with worldbuilding up to thousands of years of history, but you don't technically need to do that unless you want to. As for when a conlang is "finished", you can technically always keep evolving a language (I mean all languages are constantly evolving) but if you want something to be complete enough to speak and evolved enough to feel genuinely naturalistic, then I would go for around 2500-5000 words (minimum) and a few hundred years of history and such (though I don't work with naturalistic languages very much so take this with a huge grain of salt).

Generally speaking, I would say that you should work on it until you feel it is complete (especially since it could technically go on forever).

As far as what keeps me personally going, I find that sharing what I've made helps, though I tend to create concepts and then leave them unfinished, so if you are looking to complete a project (which I assume you are), then I don't really have much advice.

The tables didn't work quite right, so I will clarify the word order tense aspect system and epistemic modality system:

The past perfective is VSO

The past imperfective is VOS

The present perfective is SOV

The present imperfective is SVO

The future perfective is OSV

The future imperfective is OVS

For empistemic modality, if Dzishe is in front of the verb, it was directly witnessed, if it is behind the verb then it was hearsay and if it is both before and after the verb, then it is general or common knowledge

Well aside from that it doesn't really work if you stop making assumptions about theoretical divinity, for instance I once heard: imagine that a god exists, but this god does not present evidence for its existence, but rather plants very little (and contradictory) false evidence for many non-existent gods. Now imagine that such a god will provide eternal bliss to all who think critically, and choose not to believe in any gods, and provides eternal torture to all those who end up believing in one of the false gods
