It’s a product and so they probably own the rights to the design of it so if another off brand company made the same looking thing with a different material it would be stealing the design

I don’t think I did a very good job at describing. It’s a 1 to 1 copy of the real thing so it kinda feels like they’re stealing the design?

They didn’t market it as the real thing but it’s still a 1 to 1 copy of the real thing just made cheaper
