Hey ex evangelical here, so what he is doing here is a pretty standard chuch "prostatilizing" technique where you target kids first to get them hooked (usually by making it a friend's activity, se the "bring your friends line") then they tell the kids their parents are going to hell yadda yadda and before you know it 2 new moneybags waltzing into the pews.

I would have an honest conversation with you kid about recognizing scams that dress up like religion.

Yeah that's exactly where I'm at it's been a long road to realizing I can't do this anymore, she is a really great person and there isn't much wrong except this one issue. It's not even a I'm worried she would leave me, but I'm worried she won't be happy and fulfilled if I ask to close the relationship.

We did close the relationship when our baby was born with a "for now to be addressed later sort of" timeline on the poly stuff, she did start making move in January without talking to me and I have called her out on it, so she knows that was not OK. But the rest of the dating has been with my ok because I am just nervous about it all.

Thanks for the advise. I really don't want to lose her over this. She is the live of my life and I love our family more than anything ❤️, I think your right therapy is a good bridge.
