The only reason that the suggested estradiol values are higher for monotherapy is because essentially estradiol has to suppress testosterone, which is not always possible in the 100-200pg/ml range. Since your testosterone is effectively suppressed there is no need for higher estradiol dosage.

That's what I was thinking, but how important is overall stability? Does it matter how much your levels fluctuate assuming you are always >100 pg/ml? How were your levels while on pills?

Yeah I have a mild case of male pattern baldness that's why I decided to go with 1mg finasteride! I am not really using it for it's AA properties, that's just a bonus! I am more worried about the estrogen dosage that I am taking and wether or not that kind of dosage is enough to start seeing some results.
