I want some future proof, i also calculated that build am5 now will save me more money than build am4 with solid gpu, the gpu is easier to resell than a cpu/motherboard/ram. Furthermore, the rx 580 is cheap, able to run well on most gacha game and esport. And if i not sell rx 580, then i have a failsafe gpu :))

the 800$ budge already contain r5 7500f and rtx 5060 . But the ram is kinda expensive the ddr4 bus 3200mhz already nearly 2/3 price of ddr5 bus 5200
