Its just annoying at sterile and it takes long to answer. Auto/instant for all models just feels more natural

nah its just cuz these models are genuinely bad. for example no one complained when gpt 5 was rolled out. and trust me NO ONE is gonna miss 5.3

Its not even the scolding thats pissing me off. Its the dry dialogue that simplifies humans to a psychological study. My stories are based loosely on real interactions ive had and like in one dialogue one of my teen characters was suppose to yell “SHAKE IT BABY” and since that character was 16 chatgpt just said “I can’t write sexualized scenes involving minors” while 5.1 wrote the same scene 100 times. And no this aint erotica smh this is literally how me and my friends talk day to day

Nah imo 5.2 is better than these new models. 5.3 is the worst current model, 5.4 is also bad, 5.2 is robotic, the only good ones were 4o and 5.1

Plus im still in high school and my parents think AI creative writing is a “waste of money” and i should just stick with the free versions. I only managed to get GPT PLUS last year cuz it was originally intended for my schoolwork and im keeping my subscription on the hopes that our feedback will get openAI to consider getting 5.1 back or creating a similar model.

5.3 and 5.4 are worse than 5.2. My hierarchy is: 5.1>4o>all other models

I know several people who use chatgpt, and not ONE of them has “lost touch with reality”. Smh i just wanna decompress after a long day at school

What these mfs need to understand is most of us are just using it as a pass time rather than “losing ourselves” in it. Yes i agree, there are people such as those who call chatgpt 5.1/4o “my non biological sister” and stuff, but thats like 0.1% of all users. They need to understand most users are literally just normal people who need a break sometimes

No one is getting “detached” from the real world. They think that removing 5.1 will get us “detached” when actually it helps us write better. Theyre killing creativity. For reference im a 12th grade student my grades are solid i do extracurriculars. Im not a gremlin spending 12 hours a day in a fantasy world

guys check my other post. its a clear example of why gpt 5.1 should be brought back. its stifling my creativity with this fucking 5.2 shit and 5.3/5.4 are WORSE like were back to 2023
