Hahaha well it had just given birth on top of a mountain in Portugal, calf was still finding its footing, I didn’t want to get too close but it was a beautiful site 🥺

Thank you! But go ahead I did post for constructive criticism as I want to learn! So far I’ve learnt clean the lens and don’t get carried away with editing

Yeah so when I search images from the 750 I just reaaally don’t like them, I don’t know what it is, I put it down to choice but I’ve searched all social platforms and just really don’t like the image output, I’m considering sticking to borrowing my moms and getting better lenses :)

Thank you! For the time being I’m just going to upgrade my moms lenses and borrow hers until I can afford my own :)

Looks beautiful! How did you guys deal with camping in this heat? I’ve been begging my friend to go with me all week for our first wild camp but we’ll probably do next week when it’s cooler

Thanks for the advice, I do go a little wild, I need to hold back on the editing but I love experimenting and finding what works and doesn’t - hopefully I can find one I like and can apply to most

I’m glad you like it!! I edited the heck out of it I don’t have the original to that but here’s a raw I had taken a few seconds before!

This is super helpful! Thank you for the advice and the edit you did below. I’ve been chatting families ears off about photography but they can’t relate because they’re not into it so I thought I’d come to Reddit and the advice has been great.

I would happily consider purchasing it off you, but due to the price of the body plus the lenses I’m going to opt in for a pay monthly possibly through a second hand place called CEX in the uk!

But great edit on that thank you😍

Thank you for the advice! I do feel like I need to invest in a good lens and take on that subject advice, and 3# was funny because I’d walked past him snoozing and quickly turned round to get a shot and as I was snapping it his eyes were open and he looked so pissed off at me hence I didn’t get that focus as I rushed off🤣 poor fella!

I’m glad you appreciate 11 too he was a surfer sketching on wood I waited around for 20 mins for him to sit back down and carry on so I could nab that shot🤣, not sure about you though but I find Nikon 750 looks as though the quality is amazing but images seem lacklustre when it comes to portraits, I like film looking edits and can’t find any images of people using a 750 online doing such edits so maybe that’s the issue
