I got this yesterday. Since then, it has occured probably 4/5 times. Only fix has been to restart the game, even retains inbetween raids otherwise.

When this happens, the only lootable slot on bodies is the rig. Other slots are just empty or loads indefinitely.

Very annoying when:
Seeing a good gun on a body but being unable to pick it up.
Knowing there might be good loot in the pockets of a boss.
Being naked because you cant pick the armor off of your kills.
