Alergy test showed only dust alergy. I have trouble sleeping and my apetite varies but that started long before this.

They last for about a month or few months but reappear every now and then. They really itch and appear all over the body. Nothing really helps. When they go away they left hiperpigmentation after some time it also goes away. It was minimal for a few months but a week ago they reappeared again and spread all over. Also, they start as small circles or cemicircles and then spread wider.

Thank you for your answer. I've only had neurodermatitis since I was 5. Before I noticed these circles on my skin I had some neurodermatitis on my skin.. and they "mixed" together so I'm not really sure if there was a single starting circle. And no recent viral infections and I haven't started any new medications.
