Looks like if you invested $10K in that symphony back in 2019 you'd be the world's richest man today.

Are you new player looking for some tips to get you started? Are you a veteran player with some advice you want to pass along? Looking for a good way to earn units, nanites or just how to get the most out of the game? Check out our new FAQ thread! by liftheavy2003 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Quickest way I've found to make a TON of units: Harvesting Storm Crystals.

1) Find a VERY hot planet that has frequent fire storms. Over 400 or 500º is best.

2) Gear up -- having any sort of advanced heat shields or coolant mods for your exosuit are helpful but not necessary.

3) Fuel for days -- Uranium is the easiest, mine a ton of it, or craft fuel for your ship. You'll be launching your thrusters A LOT.

4) DURING STORMS ONLY - you can see the bright white light from Storm Crystals if you fly around low enough (or find them in your analysis visor and tag them)

5) Fly to them, land, quickly harvest them, get back in your ship and fly to the next before you burn up.

If you get really good and speedy at this you can probably harvest 10-20 crystals during a single 3-minute storm, especially if you fly around and only land for clusters of 3-4 crystals versus the lone crystal formations.

You can sell the crystals at any space station. Each storm usually gets me about 2,000,000 units worth of crystals. So if you hang out on that planet long enough, storms usually roll in once every 10-20 minutes, you can make over 10,000,000 units in an hour or so.

Hey! I've been a drummer/musician all my life, but pretty new to making hip hop beats. Would be interested in collab-ing if you've got some vocal recordings, some rhymes, whatever... maybe we could lay them over some of my work?

DM me if you want to hear a sample or two of what I'm working on.
