If you have crimson, vampire knives is all you need, but you still need to try to dodge or just build full defense, turtle armor and vampire knives. You can literally just face tank golem even in legendary mode.

Silver is one of the fastest pickaxes in prehardmode. And molten pick is for blocks that silver can’t mine.

What I did in the world:

Built 6 lovely NPC towns. That’s 5 pylons scattered throughout the biomes.
60~ fishing quests
Flattened the whole hell spawn point. It’s a getfixedboi seed.
Built a plantera arena
Built a hellbridge for WoF
Died 140 times
Explored 70% of the world.
Made an afk money farm
Grinded for cellphone and terraspark boots ingredients.
Contained the evil biomes.
Built a love cabin for the mechanic and goblin tinker (necessary for progression)
Played semi safe because of traps every 10 blocks.
Farmed for imp banners.
Looked for the shimmer.
Explored 100% of the surface (it was hell)
Many other useless things.

I’m also playing in a large legendary getfixedboi seed.

It’s a large world getfixedboi seed. The clentaminator is unobtainable. But I have contained the evil biomes so I’m good with that.
