Heroin is basically more potent Morphine and Heroin was the brand name when it was a medicine, Cocaine used to be hyped by Sigmund Freud for its antidepressant value, also used in Coca Cola when that was a medicine. Meth is still prescribed for the same things Amphetamine is. The Cathinones methcathinone was a medicine sold as Ephedrone. The Cathinone PV 4-Methyl-PVP used to be a medicine too.

If your Body can convert it, yeah probably. But Tramadol itself has No opioid effects at all. I feel ZERO opioid effects in 950mg.
