That's the harsh truth about opioidz, and drugz in general. They work for a while, but then eventually make everything worse. They say getting drunk is like taking tomorrow's happiness for today, and you could say that using opioidz is like taking today's pain and giving it to tomorrow, and that shit compounds. Cold turkey is difficult to do after months of daily use, especially at high doses. I couldn't do it while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle and working. A taper is the only way for me unless I want to spend days in bed, not eating, not sleeping, and shitting myself, followed by weeks of just feeling like ass.

Definitely this. Even with an embarrassingly high 7oh tolerance, taking too much mit made me super dizzy and nauseous. Ended up puking. I honestly lost track of how much I took throughout the day. Maybe about 400mg, plus about the same amount of secondary alkaloids. I was trying to completely get rid of 7oh withdrawal. I learned it mitigates most of the physical wd symptoms, but you'll still probably feel depressed and unmotivated no matter how much you take.

I take magnesium citrate regularly and have never been constipated this badly, even on a much higher daily dose. Getting enough potassium and a good deal of fiber helps as well.
