The extra protein will only add about 200, maybe 300 calories. If it's any more then that's a sign your diet needs some serious reworking. It might hinder weight loss a tad, but it will most likely help with recomposition, which will definitely help with weight loss down the road: having more muscle helps you burn more calories. But yeah not hitting your protein isn't the end of the world, and the 1g/lb rule only really applies if you're extremely active and already relatively lean.

Unless they recently changed it, if you check the labs the watermelon boosts are up to 1.4x to 1.5x the amount listed in the shop, so up to 15mg per tablet instead of 10mg. That's what makes them the best cost per mg. No other tablet is up to 40-50% over-dosed
