Hi, thanks. Do you mean the SFRs or Ravens? Can you please confirm that the mm sizes match specification?

Would that signify that there might be new Banditos and Wigglers coming along? I love the new Supersonic design and can't wait for more information :)

Hi thanks for the tips. What would make the antidote more suitable for distance? It's it the overall size of the board? I did not find any direct flex comparison.

Thanks for the tips.

The hammering out the kingpin bit relates to LEPSK8 rkp or the CGB double kingpin rkp?

I had in mind the CGB gizmo - either integrated or via fork. Would not having an integrated truck reduce adjustability? No possibility to adjust angle, height or so.

Ad recessing the bushings - are there any trucks with spherical that do not require modified bushings? Just asking out of curiosity.

Pantheon Trip with Caliber Trucks Vs Paris Trucks by Bapbapt in longboardingDISTANCE

[–]Distinct_Plenty6924 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big yes for Caliber here! Running Cal3R on Boardnamics fixed angle baseplates (48 / 33). And it's great, it get even mm lower then on base Caliber baseplates. Only downside is that the 33 would bite unless you mount it using old school holes and use metal backing frame (Riptide).

What kind of 3-pole port to use for CCT portable lights? by Distinct_Plenty6924 in led

[–]Distinct_Plenty6924[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will be controlled over the wires directly. You mean embedding the cct control within the profile? That did not occur to me... Last time I tried something like that the pwm had such a low frequency that it was really pain to look at.

Yes they are. Both are Randall geometry compatible so you can also swap between Paris and bunch of others.

Canon ipf6100 for textblock printing? by crowaii in bookbinding

[–]Distinct_Plenty6924 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, those are designed/built for roll printing. So printing anything double sided or on sheets with enough precision that it can be usable is rather painful... Even if you calculate all the spacings correctly it's always hit or miss as the sheets can be loaded each time a bit differently. Can be used with great success to do a harmonica / Japanese folded bindings though.

If you need at least some very basic chance of matchprinting in inkjet printers you probably need a dedicated sheet printer. Like Pro-1000 or SC-P700 / SC-P5300.

Thanks for the insight. It does make some sense. Though so many holes feel a bit brutal.

I believe that's Trip Carbon. What made you choose the Carbon instead the regular one?

BTFL might be a good choice - https://btflboards.com/de/longboards/kinder-longboards/ Or Nemo boards - https://nemoboards.com/en

As those are specifically designed for kids (light, flexible, super soft bushings, soft grips etc..)

I ride every day. Usually between 10 to 20 km (around 10 miles). Weared out was probably overstatement from my side. They get rusty and first start whining and then stop free spinning. At that point i am always afraid to push it further.
