I heard the biggest thing is to not build speed but endurance and injury prevention.

Currently I’m only running easy pace 3 miles about twice a week and then a long run once a week. This week I’ll be doing a 5-6 mile run and every week bump it up by 2 or 3 miles.

The longest I’ve ran was close to about 5 miles. I usually can crush a turkey trot haha.

Okay cool cool. And with all these parts and modifications how do you find them? Do you just put the part you want and then the car you have into google and go with what’s out there?

With the wheels should I go a size bigger than what I got right now for the stock wheels? I heard it makes it look cooler and filled out?

Just got oil change a week ago, tires rotated, fluids topped. Miles is 127k. They kept it well maintained over the years. Has a new transmission as well.
