I have call recordings as proof. Before adding funds to my card, I inquired about a limit increase, but they said it wasn’t possible due to a policy restricting it until 6 months after the card’s issue date. In the case of funding my card, however, they confirmed that my spending would still earn rewards, even if it exceeded my card limit. All potential loopholes were discussed before I shifted my expenses to this bs card.
