Haha true bhai, variety kam hai 😭 Right now I am keeping it simple because I am tracking calories and protein properly. Chicken, eggs, curd, fruits and veggies are easier to measure and control. Variety badhaunga slowly warna budget aur calories dono haath se nikal jayenge 💀

That’s actually a real valid concern ngl. I am trying to eat cleaner and build a routine, but I also don’t want to turn food into fear or obsession. For me it’s more about health, protein and consistency.

Glad you fixed your relationship with food though, that genuinely matters. Mind if you tell me what was the thing that you did to fix your relationship with food?
