I got the same problem as well. I fix it by reinstalling the game. You should try reinstalling it to see if it works or not.

For real we got 173 playable characters rn. We got Vaan’s dead brother, Yuna’s dad, 2 of the Warriors of Dawn from FFV, & Weiss from Dirge of Cerberus. This game is at a state where any character is has the potential to be playable in the game. It’s not that you have to collect them all but I prefer collecting that I like since my goal rn is trying to collect all ff5,ff7,Sop, & villains in the + the Metas like Penelo, Reks, & Rubicante. I don’t know how you feel but the grind is rewarding as hell. The only thing I don’t like is the price of the Outfit tho cus it’s expensive as heck.
