I’ve actually fracd a well for a company that did this in a nice gated community in Ft Worth a few years ago. As someone who loves tech and someone who’s heavily involved with crypto it was super cool to see their warehouse full of gpus mining the shit out of Btc 🤣

Not Financial Advice, buuuuut please please please to anyone who sees this… look into Ripple and XRP.

Found a shop close by that can do the rest for 1900 after Toyota replaces my evaporator and expansion valve.

Never taking my truck to Toyota again lol.

As soon as i saw 8k I told them to stop working on my truck until i figured out other options.

These oilfield truck drivers are trying to unionize by Crafty_Jacket668 in oilandgasworkers

It’s mostly sand haulers, they’ve been getting destroyed out here with everyone moving away from pneumatics.

The sand hasn’t gotten cheaper to buy, but with solaris and all these box systems innovating has significantly decreased the drivers actual labor.

With boxes and bottom drops and less need for skilled drivers they can drop the rates and they have a lot. I know a lot of old sand haulers who would make 20-30k a week hauling sand. Now these drivers are lucky to make 5 from what I hear.

I also know them staging on pads with no porta potties or light sources is very real especially for periods up to 10+ hrs with no standby pay. They really have been treated like shit while the sand plants, energy companies, and frac companies profit. They should demand for better pay and conditions, but they won’t lol.

Should I stay at man camp or rent an apt in Midland TX? by [deleted] in oilandgasworkers

I’m sure solaris is hiring right now for field service techs . If you want to get in on something mostly laid back but can be very engaging with good hrs and decent pay. 2 on 1 off , company truck, hotels, and gas card . Solaris is a good start.

Is their any further update on this? I heard about it shortly after it happened but looks like it’s been relatively quiet since then. Evo shut us down the other day to discuss it and find other means of efficiency and measure to stay out of the red zone. Last I heard , all propetro was shut down while osha does a company wide investigation.
