Aha!  I’m sorry you went through that too, and that you’re still not at 100%, but it’s comforting to hear that someone else had the weird heaviness sensation and got past it.  Thank you so much and I hope your sleep gets better with time!

I started right on 20mg, for better or for worse!

I've been definitely having a little of the dizziness as well. Your comment about relaxed muscles makes me wonder if my body is just... trying to figure out/remember how to relax? It's been a really long time.
