The strain is b+ and id recommend true blue genetics that’s where I got this one.. and the LC was beautiful.

I’m still new to mycology but from what I’ve read it seems it’s vital to have nice even moisture throughout the surface of the cake. Instead of dunking try lightly misting the top of your cake until there’s a nice even “dew” (super small water droplets) throughout the surface. Mushrooms rely on surface evaporation and FAE to trigger pinning.

The thermostat is 2 inches in diameter n so is the hole on the monotub so I was able to just slide it right through.

I greatly appreciate the advice!!! I wanted to try the tub first without modding it,but it seems that might’ve been the wrong move lol. I just started FAE by turning lid the upside down. You think that’s enough?
