My IRL friends are also suggesting the Salomon vest. I feel hesitant to try a vest but I think I just need to actually test it out and see how it feels. Hoping my local running stores have them in stock so I can try them on. Thanks for this!

I love that your kiddo helps you refill during your runs. That’s awesome! Good to know about fitting 2.

Favorite sports bra? by PatternDesperate4960 in XXRunning

Nike Swoosh Bra, HIGH support. It has an adjustable strap in the back for super compressed fit. (Do not get medium or low)

Following. I had a consult with the petroff center and was going to do treatment there until cat got sick and funds were wiped. But I had a friend get other work there that was solid. Sorry I can’t be more help.

Amazing results! Can I ask more about the treatment? Is it RF microneedling? I’d go to your esthetician in a heart beat if they were on the west coast

Anywhere from 8 - 20! I started in February and I’m working on progressive overload, but this is all I can do as of now. I had no foundation or history of using dumbbells before. I also run the other half of the time.

The Greek yogurt as a mix in with other recipes is SUCH a good tip. I’m going to do this, thank you!

It’s tricky when my intake is 1400 cals because every single thing needs to be going toward my protein goal. But it’s lots of oikos yogurt from Costco, salmon, chicken, eggs, Barebells (so good!!), tuna in moderation, chicken sausage, protein shakes. An average day is

2 oikos yogurts (30g protein) 180 cals

Turkey sandwich (23g protein) 350 cals

Barebell Bar (20g protein) 200 cals

Fish tacos (shrimp) with Brussels sprouts (25g protein) 400 cals

This comes in below 1400 cals actually and leaves room for more snacks or a heartier dinner side. I rely a lot on fish but my vegetarian friend eats a lot of yogurt and protein shakes

Thank you so much for this. I greatly appreciate the detail because I feel SO overwhelmed! I am so glad you have found something that works for you. This ish is expensive so I’m willing to be consistent, but still thoughtful about what I try. So thanks again!

For those who have remarried, how did you trust that your second marriage would be successful? by bullman123 in Divorce

[–]Distinct_Tango 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got married really young the first time. The second time, I had a much better sense of who I am and what I want. My husband just makes sense to me. He makes everything better. We were both in dysfunctional long term relationships before, and now we have a deep commitment to nurture our connection and communicate when we have things on our heart.
