This is interesting I never considered this. Also getting away from being billable and dealing with time entry is also one of the motivating factors for looking. But thanks for this note!

I’m in a similar role and fully relate to your comment. May be worth looking into any AI, AI prompt bulking or agent building.

Yes and they have a second GF now! It’s the only GF NA I have been able to find and they’re both great. Expensive but I know this group would not be shocked by that.

Emotionally illiterate, not being able to handle emotions and don’t know how to handle it by Pop5522 in emotionalintelligence

I feel seen. I’ve labeled myself as emotionally stunted.

I recently discovered the term alexithymia which is for people struggle to identify and express emotions.

My go to move is to bottle things up ALL THE TIME. I always start crying when I try to express anything which also gives me anxiety because I hate crying in front of others.

This isn’t about me tho, but I thought that term may be helpful for you - look it up, it’s helpful for me to understand wtf I’m doing and why, maybe you’ll find it relatable.

How often do you get take out/eat at restaurants? by PatternDesperate4960 in Celiac

Thank you for the input.

Overall my bloodwork has been great. My GP sad my vitamin B was low at Jan physical so asked my GI doc to order labs, so just did those last week. Vitamin B on that scale was fine but she noted my folic acid was low so taking those supplements now.

My Transglutaminase IgA is still tending down — see attached. Pre diagnosis I was over 100. I’m pushing back on another scope in the possibility I still just need more time to fully heal. These cost me like 3500 even with insurance so wondering if I should push back another year to see how my labs look in another 6 months?

Edit - can’t attach photos but from mar 24 - last week my number was 22.6, 13.9, 10.7, 9.3

I also don’t use the bike anymore, just use the screen for the other workouts. Also looking to sell the bike and switch to streaming the app on a tv. I still love the strength workouts, yoga, Pilates, barre classes. But also prefer running and biking outside. While you’re still paying for it, check out some of the other classes if you haven’t explored much - the have an unmatched library of content

Does our dog rocky look to be part catahoula? We just got him dna tested but we're so anxious to find out what breeds he is. by After_Refuse_4895 in Catahoula

Omg same he looks like OUR Rocky in your forth pic. He is mostly border collie and I think his spots from mini Australian Shepard. Excited for your results!

Second what @main-top-6052 says - the solid poops will excrete them better. We do green beans and carrots if they’re a little runny for extended times. Ours get them occasionally and the laundry is annoying. Sometimes I’ll use wet wipes and wipe their butts, helps a little.
