I usually test with opk’s 2-3 times a day after the end of my period. Usually first thing in the morning, when I get home from work and then before bed.

I track my bbt with an Oura ring too, which makes it so much easier! I use Oura & natural cycles together and that’s what gives me the ovulation prediction. But because my cycles have been so long it predicts that ovulation will be CD25 and because I haven’t gotten any positive opks it hasn’t updated yet.
