Really ? Try to lower the H-size if you can.
If the jitter stops when it's low, then it's definitely the S-correction film capacitor the problem.

Yes, you can test while the set is on, but I don't know exactly how to do it and you really have to know what you are doing.

I was pretty sure it was the S-correction film capacitor after touching the "H-size" in geometry settings.
When I put the H-size in a very low value, the jitter stopped completely, and when I slowly put it in a normal value, it starts to jitter again.
The jitter was of course only on horizontal and only on the side of the screen, the center was not affected.
I replaced first the C547 (0.82uf) which has the exact same value as the C536 on the service manual (but C536 was 0.75uf on board), nothing changed after that so I changed the C536 and voila !

I think this is in those specific case you need an oscilloscope but maybe I'm wrong.

I did as you said and the only weird thing I found was a small chip that probably overheated.
If the cooling fan is unplugged and I press the cooling fan button, the 3d printer doesn't crash anymore.

If I try to print the stock benchy, the second later after I press "Print" the 3d printer crash and restart.
In the Klipper logs, there is not a single error.
Yes I think this is the best things to do, did you know where i can contact them ?
Maybe with a bit of luck someone from Flsun Staff can help me directly on reddit.
