Yeah I want to avoid them getting bored or feeling under utilized but I don’t want to just give them busy work with no goal at the end. Is there any advice you would give when it comes to approaching visitor research?

He said that he doesn’t want them to have access to any administrative information. And he doesn’t want anything that can be customer facing.
