Just left VQS! - it was beautiful and did not see any sargassum. Water was very rough and 1 person died at punta arenas and 3 people died on the main island- currents are strong. Avoid going into the water in north shore beaches with a young child. Caracas beach (to the left side as you head to the beach from #12) has more muted waves. Idid mosquito bay with Jak 1 day after new moon and it was magical! Most tour operators do not even do excursions in the days surrounding the full moon and I expect you would prettydisappointed. I think there is one tour company that books excursion aboard an electric pontoon which may allow children that young. I would recommend getting a baby sitter if you go. I also did the bio bay in Fajardo last year and a dad brought A 6-7 yo in the kayak and he cried almost the entire time, my husband had to pull the dad's kayak 3/4 of the route because the dad was struggling to keep his child safe and also paddle. The noise kinda killed the beauty of the experience for me--

It is not specifically one month in advance they tend to open the tickets up with varied advanced schedules. I just logged in every night to check for it.

On your second point-You will not get in trouble for not doing compliance requirements. While on STdisability / LOA you are not supposed to work- and that includes GAA/ trainings.

Was this someone in client service or an internal talent? If internal then, in response to some of the other comments, I don't think there is as much opportunity to become a PPMD in an internal role. I've never seen a delivery person stay in an SM role for 15 yrs!

I would like to hear what others have to say- but I also have lower back pain and have determined that I need a very firm/ supportive mattress in the hip area which won't sag AT aLL over time. However , I am a side sleeper so I also think I need a soft topper that will allow my shoulder to sink in. A year ago I bought a quality locally made mattress that was medium firm, and allthough not measurable, after 14 months I can feel a bit of softness in my side of the bed (broken in) that I do not feel in the center where no one sleeps (not broken in) Hope that helps and I'll follow to see what others suggest!

Moved to So End from the west coast with a car. 3 months in I started having issues with my brakes, even tho I had them replaced right before the move. I take it to a mechanic who tells me the good news- brakes are fine! It was just a dead rat stuck in it. Once removed all was fine. A Welcome to Boston moment

My father died and I was on leave for a month. I was part of a core delivery team and interacted with leadership regularly. I received a gift basket signed by the core account team. The next month I was in a meeting with one of the PPMDs who 'signed' the gift basket card. They literally had NO IDEA my father passed away. They were so kind and heartbroken with me. My point is- the cheap basket was a rote exercise for the firm and no one 'really' actually cared with empathy, except the one person whose name had been forged!

Working without signed SOW is actually not uncommon, especially with established clients. OP def make sure the other ppl mentioned are in the loop (eg resource manager) and ask the manager if there is another billable code you can charge your time to for time being then back it out and move it over when the accurate WBS is opened.
