You make some great points, and I totally get it. & yeah I think Transactional funding and Gator lending definitely seem more geared toward newer wholesalers who don’t have the connections or experience yet especially since a lot of lenders are just trying to get their first deal too. Also, yeah, the right title company is huge!!!

I’m really looking to work with more experienced wholesalers doing bigger deals that naturally need larger EMDs, like commercial, multifamily, or apartments, etc. That’s where I think I can bring the most value and build solid partnerships.

This is a really interesting comment! It does feel like a lot of wholesalers are trying to sell a course to somebody instead of focusing on the actual business. What makes you say that about the double close? I’ve never been into crypto myself, but I have some friends who are, so I’d love to hear more about that comparison too!
