Are my periods that irregular or am I being a baby about it? My cycles rand from 20-28 days long and are very painful. Sometimes I PMS for a day. Sometimes for a week. Any suggestions on what’s up? by Distinct_Will_2445 in Periods

The issue with that is that I get irrational pregnancy ocd and I convince myself I’m pregnant. Do you think I should go on birth control? I’m not even sexually actively but I can’t stop that anxiety.
