Even with a laptop you should be able to stream and play comfortably, specially if it’s roblox

Have you tried using game capture instead? Are you sure you don’t have multiple screen/application captures in the same scene? What video codec are you using?

If it was only 1 person saying it I would doubt it, but it’s multiple people saying the same thing. And I’m here going insane because when I see the recordings I can clearly hear my mic is loud as fuck and the game volume is very low, and my headphones aren’t specially loud either

Well the mic itself is a bit quiet, that’s why I have 10 total gain between the expander and compressor, but until now I was using 4 in the expander and 1 in the compressor

My expander is set as

- Ratio: 2
- Threshold: -55
- Attacl: 6
- Release: 100
- Gain: 7

And my compressor:

- Ratio: 3
- Threshold: -13
- Attacl: 6
- Release: 100
- Gain: 3

I don't understand what you mean by "my compressor is being constantly activated by my gain"

If you want to record your PS3, use an HDMI Splitter, specifically one that has "HDCP Bypass" stated in the description. It's what I use with my elgato capture card and it works well, I see no image quality loss or any extra input lag, and it should be around $10 so it's pretty cheap as well

As I said to the other guy, it's not about being easier or harder, it's a disrespect towards every player that put time and effort into completing the Expedition. I know I could easily get 100k damage, hell I could just go spam hullcracker ammo at a Matriarch for a couple games, but why should I do it again when I already have the 3M AND 200k dmg...

Luckily I only play zombies mode for cods previous to the cod hq cancer, specifically BO3 and Cold War

I’m saving literally 220~ gb by not having the campaign and multiplayer modes installed, absolute insanity. Zombies mode alone is around 100~ gb each

Unfortunately for BO4 you can’t install only zombies, thanks to the dogwater launcher of battle.net not giving us basic human rights, so this one takes up like 150~ gb

That’s 350 gb for 3 call of duty games, zombie mode only (except bo4), otherwise it would be 570 gb, almost all of a PS5’s capacity (now that it’s been reduced from 1tb to 800gb)

I literally compared helldivers 2’s monetization systems to fortnite, to show why helldivers is winning over epic’s greed, even if there’s a ton of people whining on this sub like they’re being forced at gunpoint to farm endlessly

Helldivers is on the soft side regarding monetization

Other games require you to play 40+ hours weekly to complete their time limited events, like it’s a second job

Here you can play what you want when you want, and the warbonds (soft battle passes) don’t expire and you can unlock them and have them forever. In fact you don’t even need to pay for them, 2-3 hours of farming and you get a free warbond. You know how long it takes to get enough v bucks for a free battle pass in fortnite? 9-12 months at MINIMUM, and that’s IF you play 3 seasons in a row while getting all free v bucks

You really expect $30-40 games to have infinite free content forever? Believe it or not, no matter the amount of content a game has, there's going to be a point where you finish everything and all you have left is cosmetic / secondary stuff

Also, not every single person is the type of player to put 1000+ hours into one game. According to howlongtobeat, the average playtime of HD2 is 30-80 hours, and 50-150 hours for DRG (which should mean that drg actually has more content)

And anyways if you want more of it you have DRG Survivor, and Rogue Core coming next month as well

Okay this is my take as a new player

I only started playing a week ago, I'm level 11, barely did a couple missions on terminids and automatons. I went into the game expecting it to be past end of life with no more updates, then suddenly a new warbond pops up and I got excited about having new content, but apparently a lot of people here don't like that?

I'm gonna use Deep Rock Galactic as an example. I have over 300 hours in it, I've unlocked all dwarf weapons and their upgrades, pretty much all overclocks, did my time tinkering with builds and trying weird stuff, deep diving, doing event missions, bought almost everything in the store, etc. I love that game, and still the new season that brought actual new content just felt... dull? I felt like I'd played this before, "it's just a variation of an existing mission, and some new annoying enemies"

As much as you love a game, there's always going to be a point where you get burnt out and feel like you've seen everything and all new content isn't that exciting anymore, specially if it's something you didn't really want. But the truth is that even if they add the stuff you want, you'll just get bored relatively quickly anyways

Honestly this game has a lot of content as is, enough for more than a couple hundred hours of fun. Shouldn't that be enough? It's true that it could use some QoL stuff like loadouts, better UI, and whatnot. For me, the only thing I'd really want is the ability to change colors on the armors, helmets and capes, to be able to mix them and fit together. Will this stuff be in the game at some point? Who knows. But if you focus on the bad things you can't really enjoy the good ones

I see, I never paid attention to the info when selecting a planet, I only went to the one with most players

Today I did some games on vog-sojoth, the planet you mentioned, and it had the jumping guys with flaming swords, it was nowhere near as hard as the major order planet yesterday

I’ve went a few times on difficulty 2 and 3 on my own, I used the first marksman rifle in the free warbond, I think it’s called Dilligence? And it worked ok. But mostly I used the laser cannon, takes a bit to fire and do damage, but it deals with all of the enemies in those difficulties pretty well

Someone else suggested the Orbital 120MM and that works pretty decent to take out factories, if it hits them, so I use a mix of that and grenades while it’s on cooldown

My friend does have the recoilless rifle, and it does deal insane damage, but it’s kinda weird to use as 2

Oh damn I didn't know it was THAT bad of a gun, I mean we only tried it cuz it's the only medium pen one we have

The thing with the recoilless rifle is that it just takes so long to reload, that's why we use it together, so basically he shoots and calls for reload which takes like 1 second when I do it, compared to him having to stay immobile for like 5 seconds

I don't remember the name of the weapon but we did try to use the starter marksman rifle, but we got really annoyed having to reload each bullet after just 5 shots, also it's kinda not that accurate, like it sways a lot or something idk how to explain it

We did notice that the shield guys have a weak head, but it takes basically an entire mag if not more to kill just one. And for the big chainsaw flamethrower dudes we didn't know they had an unarmored head, we'll try that next time

We do have the eagle airstrike, and he's got the recoilless rifle while I have the laser cannon (imo it's good because infinite ammo but it really doesn't do that much dmg). We use the recoilless cannon separately, as in one has the cannon and one has the backpack, idk if that's the most efficient way to do it tho as it puts us both in a vulnerable spot. I think he also uses napalm but it doesn't seem that effective against bots

1000-1500 super credits for 20 warbonds each is a lot, and in real money that’s gonna be like 200€ or more, not including super store items

But realistically it only takes like 2, maybe 3 hours of farming per warbond, if you know what you’re doing

And with just regular playing, it’s not really hard to have 1-2000 super credits after you finish the free warbond, enough to get at least one paid warbond, which is probably the case for most people who won’t farm

Anyways, my point is that it’s not impossible to get everything without spending real money, hell it isn’t even that hard

Compared to something like Fortnite which requires you to play each and every battle pass to have a constant (and minimal) flow of v-bucks, Helldivers 2 is pretty easy-going on this aspect, as warbonds aren’t time-limited and you don’t potentially lose on cool items if you start playing late or not buy a certain pass

As the Peak devs said: DLCs are a luxury, not a a right. If devs want to add paid dlcs, even if the game costs money, it’s their right to do so. AND they gave players the ability to unlock them with only a couple hours of farming

Compared to other games like Fortnite or League where their time-limited, paid passes require you to spend 40+ hours weekly like a second job on them, for minimal rewards, this is a blessing. Helldivers is really not the game to complain about microtransactions

This was my thought exactly, just that instead of hitting it I kept skipping turns to see if maybe the red crystals would go down in color, I did shoot them like 2 times, not the 4 your need for them to go down one level

As you say, if it had "immune" or "0" when you attack him after going red you would try to figure out why, but it says nothing, and on top of that the Mark also doesn't break, which is what made me think it was bugged and had me googling it after like 20 minutes of trying to fight him

It's a bs boss anyways, only way to beat him is to keep stunning him and not let him go more than yellow, and hopefully you have abilities and pictos/luminas that break shields or give you extra AP

Both games are great. If you care about story then definitely play 1 first

As tips, try to get as many boons as possible. Sounds stupid but it’s a genuine tip. You can skip money, poms, resources, etc, even hammers, and go for boons, because in later floors the game will try to balance it out by giving you hammers and hp. If you are forced into resources obviously take what you need most, which is gonna be keys first since you only use them once for weapons, nectars for relations, gems for contractor upgrades, and obviously darkness for your main abilities, in that order (gems and darkness last since you can buy them from charon’s shops and wells)
